Returns
Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is carried by the customer unless the piece arrived faulty.
Exchanges
Because every piece is one of one, exchanges depend on what is in the studio at the time. Write to us and we'll find the closest match or place you first in line for the next batch.
Repairs
Leather ages, ribbon frays. Send us a photograph at any point in the life of your piece and we'll quote you for a re-lace or a hardware replacement — often free within the first year.
